    SUNDAY, OCTOBER 23, 2016 – 3:00 PM
      The PARISH HOUSE BAROQUE will perform for students at Custer County School on Monday, October 24.

Parish House Baroque, Colorado Springs’ Early Music Ensemble, specializes in the brilliance and diversity of music from the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries through engaging and historically informed performances.   

Drawing on varied sources of performance practice in interpretation and ornamentation of the renaissance and baroque, Parish House Baroque strives to expand the community of people who love early music and foster the next generation of musicians and audiences for early music through outreach and dialogue.  With a core formation of two baroque violins, baroque cello and harpsichord, Parish House Baroque has developed a local reputation for their highly expressive performances and compelling programming. 


    SUNDAY, JANUARY 29, 2017 – 2:00 PM
      The ALTIUS QUARTET will perform for students at Custer County School on Monday, January 30.

Formed in 2011 at Southern Methodist University Meadows School of the Arts, Altius holds the position as Fellowship String Quartet-in-Residence at the University of Colorado-Boulder, where they are mentored by the Takacs Quartet. The quartet has an active performance schedule including engagements at music festivals, series and universities throughout the United States, often performing concerts and teaching master classes in public schools and alternative performing venues including: jazz clubs, bars, and cafes.


    SUNDAY, APRIL 30, 2017 – 2:00 PM 
      The COLORADO CHAMBER PLAYERS will perform for students at Custer County School on Monday, MAY 1.

Colorado Chamber Players, a fully-professional mixed chamber ensemble, delivers intimate, captivating performances of classical music in locations in the Rocky Mountain Region. The performance with In Concert will feature New York harpist Emily Levin who is the new Principal Harpist of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra and Bronze Medal Winner of the 9th USA International Harp Competition. She will appear with Paul Nagem, principal flute for the Colorado Springs Symphony and the Colorado Springs Philharmonic and Barbara Hamilton Primus, viola, who is co-founder and currently Artistic Director and Violist with the Colorado Chamber Players.


    SUNDAY, JUNE 4, 2016 – 2:00 PM
    A FREE concert at the Roundwood Pavilion in Hermit Park, Westcliffe, Colorado.
